Design of an automatic and reinforced dispenser for hydroalcoholic gel.
Fioto, a manufacturer of solutions for car washing and related products, is characterized by the high quality of its products and by their anti-vandalic condition. A peculiarity that positively influences the investment of its clients because, not only do they benefit from objects that cannot be easily damaged, but their long life cycle, excellent operation and low maintenance make their acquisition always a good investment.
In this case, the resounding success of the project resides in two clear parameters; on the one hand, its armored condition in such a small format, which makes it a hard and inviolable element, and on the other, its total neutrality, a feature that lasts over time, giving it a validity adjusted to its life of use. But to understand the reaction capacity of the design, we cannot omit that the product had to be implemented in the market in just 15 days from the beginning of the project; a real challenge.
The dispenser, with capacity for 1 liter, incorporates an electronic system so that the object can be controlled remotely and be remotely connected to other elements of the service station, allowing its use to be rationalized in the most appropriate way, also betting on sustainability since it is about not wasting for the simple fact that it is a courtesy or “free” product.
It is a proposal for universal wall placement, mainly intended for exteriors, although its geometric purity can be contexturized in any environment and space, being a fairly neutral product with high efficiency. It is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, it is totally hermetic, preventing any type of liquid from entering, and it has a key lock to fill the gel and for device maintenance.
From the point of view of your safety in a COVID-19 environment, its use could not be more aseptic and simple; the dispenser is previously authorized remotely and upon detecting the hands, the system releases an appropriate dose of gel. A use that does not require any human contact with the device at any time.
