When the company AO MIDORI BIOCONTROL delegated the design of its new pheromone diffuser to us, we were well aware of the difficulties involved in the commission; despite the simple appearance of the final result, the project required an enormous exercise in containment, analysis and balance.

We will not reveal the technical details that make this small device a product of unparalleled and excellent performance as a pheromone diffuser for pest control, but we will tell you that its success and effectiveness not only stem from the specific proposal of its materials but that emanate above all from its careful structure, carefully designed with the precision of a hundredth.

The set, organized in two well-differentiated pieces that are easily assembled by pressure -which allows having several containers with different capacities- is made up of a strap and a container.

The strap has several eyelets organized regularly along its length and is finished off with a small quick-hook harpoon that allows us to cover very different fastening diameters, which offers us great versatility in placement.

Regarding the container, initially 1ML, it is easy to fill and is subsequently sealed by means of a heat-sealing process. Furthermore, both pieces are recyclable.

The possibilities offered by designing and manufacturing the solution especially vs. adapting containers on the market, as many other companies in the sector do, not only have a positive effect on the functional result and its high degree of effectiveness, but also allow us to contemplate the color and textures as tools to differentiate product ranges as well as to make an object traditionally without aesthetic intentions much more attractive.
